Mr. Khan… Read Complete Rating Mr. Khan showed up promptly, looked at the washing machine, found a loose pipe (with some assistance, had to question it and then also find that a pipe was off a three way connector). Mr. Khan retrieved the clamp, and refitted the pipe to the connector and no further water leak from my wahser. I appreciated his honesty, ie not telling me that the water valve and pressure switch had to be replaced like some previous appliance repair person the day before, perhaps it was the fact that I was standing right by him that also helped things as I was not with the previous repair person. Was at our house for over an hour.  Broke the splash guard, told me he would call back the next day for a part,  called 72 hours later but I had already scheduled a different company to come out and they fixed it in 20 mins.  When he called to tell me the part he needed, it was completely the wrong part that the other technician had used to fix it.  Will never call again.  See All Ratings
