I called after hours to schedule someone to come out - I left a message & to my surprise, I got a call back in 15 min. They sent someone out first thing in the morning as I requested. The service tech was very friendly. He gave me an estimate after looking at my oven - price was very reasonable. He used factory parts with a 1 year warranty. Great service, Resonable Rates and quick response. Had the parts I needed on the work truck and my washer was up and running that day... Will for sure call AC Appliance for my next appliance emergency.

Fast to respond, explained on the phone the visit would be $39.00 and fast to get here. He was very knowlegable found that the problem was just a loose screw and had it fixed in less than 2 minutes, which was great. But once here he made no mention of the 39.00 fee and charged me a flat $65.00 labor for the visit. He spent more time writing up the bill than he did tighting the screw. Then I saw him sitting in his van down the street 30 minutes after he left. Was he making it look like the job took longer to justify his fee? It takes nerve to demand $65 for less than 2 minutes worth of work. That's not someone I want in my house again.

they came right away. A broken refrigerator may not be an emergency but in a rural area it is more than an inconvenience. they came right away and charged a very fair price

I loved the speed in finishing the job. Martin is a good kid very talent and friendly. I highly recomend AC Appliences to my friends, co-workers and neighbors. AC keep up the good work.
