Project: Install Oil Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
work went well.........only problem i have is they were supposed to install dampers on heating ducts, and did not.......consequently parts of my house are warm, and others arent so warm....

After the installation was completed I had Informed the home owner that If issues with the cold spots in the house persisted we would return and install the dampers to resolve this issue.

There was some confusion about my call waiting voicemail greeting which led to my appointment being skipped until I called a few hours after we had tentatively decided upon. I was put back into the plan for the day and about thirty minutes later staff arrived. He worked diligently and was very open to answering questions and showing me exactly was was being done. I will definitely use them for future projects, repairs and yearly check-ups.

Scott was very prompt and professional. I feel his price is reasonable and fair. He moved a gas line in our kitchen and also closed up a vent opening in the floor and gave me advice on heating and A/C. I would recommend him.

Contacted AC & H simply to get a quote for my dying central air, by the end of the next day, everything was fixed. Scott Ford was prompt, friendly, professional, and didn't try to drive up the cost or scam us in any way, shape, or form. All in all, he comes highly recommended.

Scott not only saved us from melting on the hottest days we have seen in years, he saved us from going broke too. He knew how desperate we were and how badly we needed air conditioning. A lot of people would have taken advantage of this, but instead, Scott tried to save us as much money as he could. THANK YOU Scott.
