Project: Repair Interior Trim and Decorative Moldings
Bob at A Building Specialist is a terrific contractor. He performed a wide variety of tasks, large and small, in restoring a very high end home after a bad renter damaged the home, inside and out. He worked with me in presenting me with my options and then affected the repairs quickly and with all the expertise of a true craftsman. I am delighted with my choice of A Building Specialist and would recommend Bob and his company to anyone without hesitation. Thanks Bob!

Project: Install a Wood Fence
Bob did a great job on rebuilding a wood fence for me. He was able to work around rainy weather and got the job done in a few days. I would, (and have) recommended him to others. He is a good communicator, and kept me up to date on project progress. If I have another project I will give him a call. Thanks!

Project: Install or Replace Exterior Doors
Robert did an excellent job on our front exterior door. I couldn’t be happier. He went above and beyond not only did he do an outstanding job installing the door and paying close attention to the detail work, he also meet me at the store and help me pick out the door that would work best for our home. On top of all that he also helped us move into our new home, by installing window treatments and installing new lighting one of which was a chandelier. We plan to call him in the future. Thanks Bob

Bob Stamm built a beautiful composite deck for me that actually exceeded my original expectations. I had a picture in my mind of how I wanted it to look, and the end result was even better than what I had imagined. I now have a solid, well-built deck that I will enjoy for years to come.

I was totally pleased with Bob's work . He was meticulous putting new trim on my outside widows, He hung a window box and installed my front screen door. He was there when he said he would be and left a clean area when he left. I have a list of things for him to do next Spring. It is nice to have someone you can trust. E.S.
