Very good experience. I used them to service a kitchen sink in a rental house. They came out in a very timely manner. Job was finished fast and everyone was happy.

Excellent work. Very knowledgeable. I want additional estimates on a future project. Can the owner call me so I can explain what I want done? Rusty talked to me about upgrading my fascia and sofits with aluminum instead of painting all the time. I want to know why aluminum is better then vinyl. In our area, what is better? So much research to do.

what i liked they were on time, and very courteous. what i didn't like,I requested a roof inspection and repair. I had the work done that was recommended when my roof continued to leak, they came out and redid the same job which was not the real problem. I need work done on the dormers not the chimney. I was really disappointed with that and that they sent a worker to tell me they were going to cover the work beyond what they already did. in the beginning I always spoke with an owner. the worker was not nearly as polished as the owners

We understand the frustration. Keeping cost in mind, we always alleviate the most obvious problem, and proceed with other areas of concern as needed. No customer just wants to replace a roof if not needed, and we tackle each project trying to keep cost in consideration. We always stand behind our repairs, and if further repairs are wanted, we are more than happy to oblige.

They were late and overcharged me.

We always respect everyone's opinion, but $300.00 labor and disposal to load and haul away a 16 ft trailer of debris is a good deal. It is unfornate that this customer was unhappy, and we wish them the best in the future.
