Great job! Was on time and had extensive knowledge of our fireplace. He made necessary repair, cleaned the unit and added some embers. Took time to protct our floor and cleaned the work area. Excellent job!

Easy to contact and schedule. Fast in. Fixed switch that was bad, great since we had a spare. cleaned parts. fixed remote on fireplace that hadnt worked in years - all in under 45 min. Few streaks left on one of the glass panes. Friendly.

Parts seemed expensive, but the hourly rate was simply $105, which protected against 'clock milking'. All interactions with staff were pleasant and they really seem to care and know well what they are doing.

He did a great job but there seems to be another problem with the fireplace: termostat is not working now and it is making noises like thre is something loose
