Jeff was very thorough and did his best to get stains out of the carpet. He came back a second time to try again to remove some stains but they were not removed totally. I believe Jeff did a very thorough job and was very competent.

This company, went above and beyond for me; I am so appreciative. I had a water heater explode, so we were wading in water when they arrived; Shawn, sought out a immediate crew for me. A real nice guy, with great skills and compassion. I've referred his services to many colleagues I work with.
