ABS Foundation Services

They started the job in December and have yet to complete it. I am very dissatisfied. They do not respond to my emails.

This was a very challenging project. The brochure that was left at the customers home showed a very impressive "crawl space". The actual space we were working in, was in fact a "lay and wiggle space". There are certain aesthetics' that just can't be duplicated when you can't physically access all area's of such a limited space. The thing to remember here, and what we actually achieved, was the sealing of the space to greatly reduce moisture and increase the life of wood substructure. We had initially responded to the customers concerns and explained that we would let them know when we could return to address any concerns, which we did.

Very prompt in responding. Salesman was knowledgeable and helpful in deciding course of action. Workers arrived as scheduled and work was completed in an excellent fashion. They cleaned up beautifully before they left. Very satisfied with the work and the value of materials installed.

I am waiting for my Home Inspection and then I will decide on the foundation project.

Had shaky cinder block foundation shored up. Done on time on budget. ABS rep sized up the job right away. Came back with a reasonable quote and got it done quick. Work area was kept clean. Workers were polite and professional. Even the neighbors mentioned how nice the workers were. The job looks great. Very happy.

They were very thorough, professional, were really nice people. If I wanted them to go over something, they would tell me what they are doing. There was a little cracking on the concrete, said wait until the spring, will come back and fix the cracks. People have looked and said that they did a good job.
