The service tech came out to the house to repair my dryer, he informed me that he could not fix the problem. I explained to customer service prior to the visit that my dryer was heating up but not drying my cloths. The tech came out said they don't clean vents, and charged me about $60 for a service call fee.

This company was first to respond to my request for service. Customer Service was pleasant and was able to schedule my appointment for the next day. The technician arrived at the scheduled appointment time. He was knowledgeable about his trade; explaining in detail the service that would be required so that I understood before making a decision. Within the hour he had the appliance running as it should. Thank you.
