First time I set up the appt (house re-key), apparently it didn't get written down b/c he was a no-show. I gave him an extra 30 mins and called twice that day; nothing. Then called a week or so later twice and emailed another time. Finally called me back and setup the final appt. Marty came and did the work (6 locks) in under an hour. His rates are much lower than all the competition so it ended up fine just the communication wasn't the best near the beginning.

very nice guy. quick response to inquiry and delivered his services as promised. he was late for our appointment but was running late and he did not have my number. but once on site, he knocked the job out quickly and professionally.

He was pretty quick and did a great job when he was there, however he showed up around two hours late and was a little difficul to reach. But once he was there, he was fast and effecient!
