I found them to be a hard working crew that knew what they were doing. I would reccomend them to anyone. The only area they need improvemnt was after they cut into the ceiling in the attic they appliied spackling with one coat which was part of the contract. They should of made a tighter fit, which would of made the job of spackling easier. Like I stated before I would use them again, for any insulation needs.

I was very happy with Green Monster. They were very thorough. My wife couldn't even tell they were there! I'm sure I will reap the rewards in the summer and Winter. Thanks again

On behalf of my company I did speak with the customer. This job was a 10x10 ceiling that needed to be spray foamed. The day before the job was scheduled my rig went down and to not inconvenience the customer brought in a sub. My crew was on site for the prep work and clean up. The worker the subcontractor was using foul language and being totally inappropriate. I take blame for the mistake of using another contractor that can match our quality of service. As for him never meeting the owner, i as the owner of the company i do all the estimates myself to ensure all customers get what they ask for.

The work was very good. The men stayed on the job until it was complete and no issues arose. This type of job was a bit messy but they did the best they could to clean up. I will hire them again when the need arises.

Was well pleased with my insulation installation. The installers worked well and were very neat.

Bryan was a pleasure to work with. All workers were courteous and professional as well as going above and beyond. I look forward to having Green Monster back to do additional insulating work in the future.

Late arriving due to miscommunication, however, job was done quickly, neatly and slight problems were taken care of right away.

I got estimates from several companies. One was equal to this one, but didn't call me bac when I needed additional information. I would have hired them because they were closer to my location. ABC was very far from me but came on time and finished on time. No problems. Since the weather isn't yet cold enough I won't know the overall result unil winter. Thus far, everything is A-OK.
