the system that they use to clean is with a machine that they need to bring inside the house and was to loud ,besides that, the machine need it to be filled with hot water lots of times ,there was a mess on the wood floor and the toilet where they empy the buket,they traied to dryed it ,but I have to clean it anyways since it was dirty water left,they broke the knob from the emergency door entry in the garage,They did not need to move anythyng since I move all for them,to make it easy.Sorry but very bad,bad,bad experience,I do not understand how they have 5 stars ,that was the reason that I call them.

Eco Green uses both Truckmounts and portables, depending on the task. Truckmounts=Commercial size jobs only and are not Not Eco Friendly. We Do have truckmounts (vans) High powered portables = Most Eco Friendly, and have the same pumps as the Mounts 1200psi. Why drive a large gas guzzling van around, for the same quality of work? It is Not Eco Friendly. Sorry about the water usage...its steam cleaning Eco Green attempted to collaborate with this customer on several occasions. The door handle we were assured by our technician was already on its last legs...and unfortunately tech was not made of aware of the pre-existing dor knob c

This company totally destroyed my carpet repair for a 4 x4 patch. Horrific job, had another company view it and they were speechless. Only remnant left was cut too short so they pieced it together with 1/2 in strip along one side, did not even tack down properly so it laid bumpy on floor. When asking for full refund from Oren he was upset and said he was not responsible because he personally did not do the work, a worker (sub) did it. My check was made payable to him. If I do not receive my full refund this week. I will pursue a legal claim for damages and cost of purchasing additional carpet to move from closet to area destroyed.

This repair job was truly one of a kind. Rather than charge client the $675 another company requested, we did similar work for $200.00. The job consisted of pieceing together three strips of carpet to make an even 4x4 piece, and then to patch the carpet wtih four seams right into the existing carpet. Realistically, this was the way client requested repair work be completed. Then client demanded we refund the $200, and also the $675 she paid to have the other company do the same work we started. We do our best to make it clear what is the best method, and 3-piece patch together was not our ide, however the client is always r

Edward the guy who did the work was a hard worker and tried hard to clean our travertine. Unfortunately after two tries on two different days it did not work. When I tried to explain this to Orian he flipped out and the discussion got heated. He is the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with in the service magic contractors. I would never hire him again to bid on a job ever. He refused to come back to look at the job and discuss what he said would be the end result versus the final end result. Edward clearly worked hard and I don't blame him. Clearly Orian promises more than what can be delivered. STAY AWAY

Here, the Client explains how hard working the technician, Edward truly is. Client acknowledges that Edward made 2 attempts to clean a stubborn calcium build up on a granite sink counter. Oren, upon giving his estimate, incorrectly believed this calcium could be removed. Client has not mentioned that after the 2nd attempt to remove the calcium, no payment was tendered for Edwards "hard work". The entire job consisted of cleaning/sealing a stone Entry, Hall, Laundry, 2 full baths & walk-in closet for a mere $360. The Clients rating is based on 5% of the actual job. Clients rating is based on a phone conversation. 1star? Ok.

It was great, the guys were very thorough and did not just fart around. They were very personable and wanted you to see the entire process. I was very happy with my experience.
