Quick response. Better communication could have been had regarding a part that was supposed to be in on Thursday and installed Friday -- communication wasn't received until Friday that the part was in and then installation was scheduled for Monday (which turned into Tuesday due to repairman illness).

Service response was quick and technician was onsite next day. Technician was very personable and worked quickly to diagnose issue. Cost to repair dryer was almost as much as the dryer cost. Didn't go through with repair. Other reviews state cost of parts was extremely high. I ran into the same situation. Bought a new dryer. :(

Cost of operation a small business rose in the last few years. Gas, insurance, taxes, and the cost of parts some time makes repairs vs. new a no brainer.

The service was quick and the technician was great BUT the office staff did not explain the 'labor' charge. I was charged a 'job rate' of $179. to replace a switch in my stove - 5 mins! I was told the office was to have explain the job rate. This was on top of a diagnosis charge for $78. I was fixing 1 burner on my stove - would have decide to pass on the $275. bill.

Called them and they came out within three hours and advised that it would cost more to fix the appliance then it was worth. I would use them again.
