Bogdan Flooring provided the service with the quality and professionalism expected from any good contractor. They came out in the evening and provided an estimate in person. They completed everything the way the said they would and for the exact price in the estimate. They had the lowest bid of 5 contractors. We communicating regularly between hiring and the day of install. On the day of installation they arrived 10 minutes early and worked a 12 hour day completely installing 600 SQ FT of pre-finished hardwood floor, leveling out dips in my old house, floorboards and quarter rounds. Most importantly, the floors look absolutely amazing.

This being my first house i had to learn a lot of things as i went. When i purchased the house it had this horrible smelling/looking carpet. Being a traditional raised ranch home it had the original oak floors under the carpet. When Vlad came out to my house he was very detailed. He was also very honest in telling me the condition the floors may be in after we remove the carpet.(pet stains) So he prepared me. He gave me a timeline and stuck to it. They sanded and refinished my oak floors and laid down pergo in 2 days. Not to mention the fact that they match almost perfectly. Very professional, very clean. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!! LOVE IT

Vlad, who does the estimates, was quick to come and did a good job explaining the job. We refinished the LR, DR, 3 bedrooms and the kitchen, most of which had been carpeted for 50 yrs. Mr. Bogdan was on the team that did the work, which took 2 days. The floors look lovely now. My reservations about recommending AB Bogdan has to do with what happened after the team left. I found a hair embedded in the kitchen floor and called right away to see what could be done. No response. My painters then covered the floor while painting, and when they were done 2 weeks later I left another message. Again, no response. Not OK.

I'm very particular about all the contract work done on my home. I do lots of work myself, so I know what to look for and know when contractors are trying to cut corners. AB Bogdan did an A+ job on putting in a new hardwood floor in my rear bedroom. They also installed a wood heat register flush with the new floor too, which is a really nice touch. I'm going to have them back to do the living room and dining room later this year. When dealing with wood flooring contractors, make sure you get the number and type of finish coats listed in the proposal and/or contract. AB Bogdan did what they said they were going to do, and I was happy
