Jim, called immediately to set up the appt. and was very professional. I was a little apprehensive, because I have never worked with him before and wasn't sure what to expect. He came out and replaced the icemaker. Unfortuntately, that didn't fix the problem because it still was not making ice. Jim came out a second time to replace the water connector and that appears to have fixed the issue, because I'm now getting ice. It's only been a two days, so I'm hoping it continues to work. Jim also fixed my stove's burner and works perfect. I would call him again.

Came and replaced springs and 3 days later the cables broke. Charged me another $125 to fix the cables that broke because he installed the springs wrong.

Ill humor this comment from a customer for a moment...even if i did improperly install a set of springs...which after 15 years of doing this business i know i did not..they COULD NOT possibly break a pair of aircraft grade steel cables in 3 days.Its just not possible. Since this customer was not at the residence at both times i came to complete the work how can he blame me? I noticed the worn cable when i was at the home to repair the springs but could not reach customer on phone to see if he wanted to have me repair them while i was there. If i installed incorrectly who came up with this determination? Another garage door pro?
