The A Authentic Garage Door rep, Raymond, arrived on-time. He clearly articulated what repairs were required versus what was optional. He did not apply any high pressure sales tactics. He was knowledge-able and informative. As my son and I watched the installation he was very friendly in explaining everything. Job was done in the same night. We love the service and would definitely call them again.
