Cleared the bath tub clog. Thought clog for clothes washer was the trap. Replaced the trap, then surmised the underground pipe had a hole which deposited dirt and created an 2nd clog. Purchase parts for trap and I requested the receipt. Unable to produce but advised the the amount of expence. Very respectful. Spends too much time on personal calls via his cell. Simple jobs only!

He was very knowledgeable and professional explained my situation with my older home and plumbing issues. Came one date at agreed time and completed repairs as promised! We are very satisfied.
