Dusty knew I was on a tight budget, he explained if i brought the windows to the shop it would be a lot cheaper. He showed me how to take the windows and how to re-install. Thanks Dusty!!

Great communication, good price and courteous people. The glass looks great as well. The only problem I had was they broke the old piece of glass while removing it and it put a large dent in the oak base of our bay window. They did a good job cleaning up the broken glass, but I wish they would have put something down to protect the area in case of a break. NIce job otherwise.
