I had to get someone they referred to me to grout and then they did the cleaning. I was very disappointed in the way it came out. If anything it is passable.

I hope that you will call us back out to reclean any area you are not satisfied with. Our goal is to make sure that you are happy with the total process. Sometimes when the grout is wet, we cant see the finished product until it dries. And we will be more than happy to come back out.

FInish was not as clean as I hoped. Paid extra for stain treatment, pet enzyme and deep scrubbing for an additional $60+ and could not tell any difference as far as stains that were pointed out ahead of time. Carpet tech said that it was the best that could be done, however if he didn't think rug stains would not come out, maybe I should not have paid additional money for scrubbing that did not work. When I mentioned to him about coming back and retreating - said wouldn't matter, stains are set. Disappointing results but he was a nice guy though.

Pricing was not well explained ... turned out to be MUCH more expensive than was originally quoted. They cleaned the carpet, which looked fantastic when they were done. They also cleaned the grout in our kitchen and foyer but left several spots that were noticeable in both areas. Said the carpet would dry in an hour and it took all day. Not the best experience.

Please call us back out to reclean the spotty areas of tile. When the tile is wet, it is hard to see uneven areas, once it dries if there are any areas of concern we will gladly come back out and reclean those areas. As far as the pricing, we give you a final estimate when we are at your residence, after we measure everything out. Over the phone if the exact sq ft is not known then we do not have an accurate way of giving the price.
