This company's meaning of "diagnostic" test is just showing up (45 minutes late) for $55. There is a charge of another $20 to for them the physically move their arms to see if there are any leaks but you have to provide them with some sort of cleaning solution (Because they don’t come with any equipments) so that they can see any leaks. Of course they don’t tell you that there are extra charges for them to actually physically move their arms until they’re done with trying to find out where the leaks are.

Randy and Gerardo from A&A Plumbing came to my home and worked very hard to snake out the sewer, along with the bathtub and kitchen drains. The sewer drain was heavily clogged with tree roots and other debree. The other two drains were also extremely clogged. They did an excellent job and I would recommend A&A Plumbing to everyone. They did the work at 7:00 p.m. (the time I requested and on the very day I called). A&A Plumbing was so accommodating to my request that I did not have to take a day off from work. I highly recommend A&A Plumbing to all !

A&A Plumbing were professionals. They listened to what I had to say, and followed up quickly & professionaly. Everyone at A&A was helpful and curtious. They did a great job!! I will definitely hire them again, as well as refer them to my neighbors & friends.

A&A showed up on the same day and on time w/no additional charge for their timeliness. Thier prices were very reasonable, the repair was quick and the Plumber was knowledgeable, informative and neat . Overall it was a great experience and I will use their services again.
