Repair wasn't coordinated between 2 visits by technicians. 1st technician ordered new sensor but 2nd technician replace the wrong sensor, requiring a 3rd visit. As a result, refrig temps went high and lost more food.

Arrived on time, understood the problem immediately, had the needed part in his truck and gave me some valuable information about my washer. The price for the part (including labor) was reasonable. Servicemagic sends too many emails but the person they sent in this case was first rate.
