He also worked with us on finding a cheaper part that was needed and the first time he fixed it, it stopped working after 45 minutes and he was there the next day to fix it then it broke again after a week and he came and fixed it again. So it is working now and I am very grateful for this service because I have 5 kids and with no heat it can be unbearable!
