We had a bug bed problem and Randy came to save the day!! We have a pretty large house full of antiques and he managed to get rid of ALL the bugs in 2 treatments. He was very nice and we felt comfortable letting him in our home. We refered him to my dad because we visit there a lot (bed bugs travel) and he was able to treat his house too. Very pleased!!

Randy had to come back a second time. He couldn't do the job the first time because we underestimated the height of the bees' nest. Their ladders were not high enough, so we had to rent a taller one. He did not charge us for the extra service call. He was pleasant and worked with us to get the job done as quickly as possible.

5 units in our HOA were sprayed for wasps. The technician was very knowlegeable, helpful ( talked to each homeowner about their individual concerns) and friendly. He treated all 5 units and wrote up a summary of needs for future prevention techniques we can and should use.
