I submitted my information and received a call from Steve Trujillo who gave me the impression on the phone that he was doing me a favor by calling.  He explained the process to me.  A $55 service call would be charged only if the repairman did not repair the dishwasher.  The repairman, Danny Gonzales, came and spent about 10 minutes taking the dishwasher apart, reported to me that the motor needed to be replaced at a cost of $457.50 which is more than a new dishwasher would cost.  He came back with an invoice for $87.  I explained to him that I was quoted $55 over the phone.  He made a call and informed me it would be $58.70 with tax.   I wrote a check for that amount.
