never returned phone calls...made us do much of legwork with town...installed divingboard at wrong height ,will not return to fix. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

Steve from AAA called within 2 hours of the inquiry, which was placed on a Saturday. He came out that night, diagnosed the problem, and came back 3 days later to repair the pool heater. He was courteous, diligent, and very reasonable. I will use him for all of my pool issues.

Project: Remodel a Swimming Pool
Paid $7450 to sandblast,repair and repaint my pool. A The first attempt failed miserably as the epoxy failed and I was left with an oily/chemical sheen on my pool surface and gunk going into my filter. I had to drain my pool (which had been refilled and heated to 82) and lost use of the pool for several weeks as AAA sanded the pool (again) and repainted. The second paint job lasted for a couple of weeks until it, too, started bubbling. I was unable to vacuum my pool and, eventually large pieces of paint started clogging my skimmer basket and I was forced to shut down my pool early. Drained the pool last week and it is in awful

The job was completely redone for them at no charge. There were problems because the pool had been painted but underneath there was tremendous degradation that was not expected so at great additional cost we did extensive extra repairs.
