The crew (Gerry, Jason and Wendell) arrived right on time, worked very hard to load my boxes quickly and drove right to the moving destination immediately. Once we arrived, they continued to work extremely hard and efficiently. <br /> <br />I moved into a high rise, with a storage unit on another floor, and they had no complaints. They were careful and respectful of my needs. Not one thing was damaged. The next time I move, they will be the ones I call. However, what I perceived to be the lead mover was disrespectful and careless.  I believe his name was Ryan.  He tossed some of the furniture items and treated our belongings as if they were warehouse items.  There was some minor damage related to this lack of care.   <br /> <br />Need to train all employees to be customer service oriented.   Rating: Provided By: Rick S.
