Gary was great to deal with. I felt from our first meeting that i could trust him. I did not look for other quotes so cannot rate value. He did not secure the panel so I gave a 4 for quality, but think his work was probably excellent. How can I actually know. Time will tell.

Very prompt and curtious service. Arrived as scheduled and did an excellent job. Price was competitive and I will certainly continue to use their services.

Lynn and Gary are the A Team...or is that the AAA Team! They stayed in touch throughout the repair job. Gary came out right away and did a full inspection and gave us a detailed accounting of what we needed and what it would cost. He had to order parts and so we had to wait for the completed job, BUT, Lynn kept us up to date along the way. Since the spa is outdoors Gary was able to do almost everything without us having to be at home. He was super and when finished, Lynn called to follow up and ensure we were satisfied. Outstanding. Good news is we have a spa that is in outstnading working condition, bad news...now I have to clean it! THANKS

Did a good job diagnosing the problem. I was able to find parts online for much less than what was quoted. Being a general contractor my plumber will be doing the work. Thanks.

Kris , Thanks for the 5 Star review. However , I want to be clear to all that read this. Saving a couple dollars by purchasing an unknown product on Ebay with No Real Warranty is not a savings. When that cheap Ebay pump fails , who will you call to come replace it... some guy in China ? Spend the extra couple bucks and get a Full Parts and Installation Warranty, its well worth it.

The guy was very friendly and knowledgeable.
