Ron, the tech was wonderful. Arrived on time, was neat, clean, communicated clearly and was very efficient. He performed the inspection/maintenance for the price promised on the phone. I was concerned about dealing with a company that would be pushy/intimidating (as a woman I've had plenty of "techs" try to strong arm me into replacing parts that didn't need to be replaced, etc.); that did not happen with Ron.
