The service man John was on time and very nice. He explained it was not the machine, but the plug on the wall, and he showed me where it had burned. I will use this company again if I have any other problems. They were very nice on the telephone.

My dishwasher was repaired in about an hour. Didn't leave a mess. Reasonable cost. Tech didn't seem to be pet friendly, but he wasn't there to play with my puppy.
