I specifically asked for a portable with a hand santizer and I agreed to paid the extra $10 which I was charged. I received the unit in good order but without the hand santizier. I have called three times to get the $10.00 refunded to my credit card and it has still not happened even though I had the service over 1 month ago. I will NOT recommend this company and I wish someone would explain to me why I still have not yet received my refund.
