he did not have all the equipment he needed so went to nearby Home depot . The price of $144 was too high for weather stripping two single wide doors. He made me pay $25 extra for being out of their service area(they are in TOMBALL)that should have been made known to me when he called for directions. I was just 3 miles beyond their limit and that cost me $25..i would have offered to pay for the GAS FOR THOSE THREE MILES. he did clean up any mess.

We are sorry for any inconvenience the technician was new and the trip charge should have been only $12.00 and will send this customer a the difference. She was quote the price by phone which was a coupon quote and it stated the trip charge.

The company was quick to send someone out to give me an estimate and to do the work. The guy who did the work was very courteous, on time and did a great job. We would use them again.

Jason was competent, and worked very hard to complete the job he was hired to do. He was careful and thorough in his work on my front door and I am very pleased with what he did.

Project: Install or Replace Exterior Doors
they came when they said, however, I had asked that my doors be sealed and not be able to see daylight on the sides. They put in weatherstripping and charged me $155. When the sun came thru the next a.m. I emailed them that they had not fixed the problem. They said that an exterior stripping @ $67.00 per door would take care of it and they would come out when I was home to do it. That was another $138. My problem with them was I told them what I wanted, they did not give me what I needed on the first trip and in my opinion I paid the $155. that was not necessary.

In reference to this customer, AAA direct door and repairs had given the customer the most economical estimate available, unfortunately due to the construction of this residence the door unit required additional weather stripping. We apologize for any inconvenience or miscommunication this my have caused.
