The technician that came out to clean the carpets was awesome! He was very friendly. Our real estate agent was upset that the pathway from my Dad's chair to the kitchen was still stained. I brought over my own steamer and was able to remove 2 big tubs of VERY dirty water which cleaned up the pathway after I re-cleaned it.. It seems like this should have come out during the professional carpet cleaning and I should not have had to re-do it. Cost wise, timewise and the technician were all exceptional however the quality of work was poor.

I received very fast service and the price seemed reasonable However, I never saw the final results because I had already moved out of the apartment. My apartment manager recommended AAA and apparently is very pleased with their work.

Have used this company in the past and received excellent service. This time the owner was out of town and someone else came in his place. He arrived far too early and the carpets in some rooms dried splotchy. I would higly recommend this company if the owner is available to do the cleaning.
