The work that was performed was below standards. Errors in measurements and sloppy work have led to delays in the permit and construction process.

This client should also mentioned that he only paid me for half of the work and didn't give me a chance to correct the mistakes on the plans.

Their service was great. I'd recommend them to any one needing drawings done. The only reason I didn't give them five stars was the initial delivery was later than promised nearly causing me to miss my meeting with building department and because minor things were missed on the original drawings and needed tweaking. The changes were made quickly and professionally and I got my permit and project rolling quickly.

AAA Cad works fine did fairly decent job. The project out and quality of work was good. I felt that they were not very timely. There was a time I could not reach them which was frustrating. Overall, however, they did a fine job, and did what they were commited to do.

Hiring someone who knows the submission process for getting a permit is absolutely a necessatity for a first time DIYer. Even though the building dept can tell you what you need its still helpfull to have someone help you through the process. AAA Cadworks garentees their work through the entire process and makes all necessry edits based on the building dept. comments so your sure to have a set of plans that will get you a permit.

Very satisfied with the job Arnoldo did. He was proactive and helpful. Prices were very reasonable. Work was done in good time and he and my husband went to the permit office together. Everything went very smoothly.

Not happy with their service. I needed 'as-built' plans drawn up and city approval/permits. Received competitive quote and paid 50% down. Vendor drew up rough plans but in our first meeting with SJ building dept. was told that the plans were not detailed enough and would need to be improved and re-submitted. Vendor never followed through provided new plans to me or the city. Repeated calls and emails went unanswered. Will never use them again nor recommend them to others.

Customer did not want to pay for services, city was asking for a lot more than agreed and the owner did not want to pay for extra service required by city.
