There was some strong odors that came from the fireplace the first burning but they were very quick and clean and did a wonderful job and were very reasonable!

No parts replaced only a stuck valve, caused by calcium build up. The repairman pushed the value up and down then applied a lubricant. Took about 5 minutes and he was done.

Although the 1st visit had a mis-diagnosis on the problem, the 2nd visit corrected the problem. Also, no 2nd trip charge and no additional labor charge for the 2nd visit. They freely admitted their mistake and did all in theirpower to make sure we were satisfied.
