Project: Repair Plaster
AAA provided a quote then raised the price. Requested payment before job was completed. Completed the job and had issues with tap blistering. Iseral advise he used some bad tape on the seams. They advised they would come on Saturday and fix the problem. They did not call or show up on Saturday. We left 2 messages with no response. How can we get this company to complete the work?

As a business owner I have to take responsilbilty for the actions of my employee who was asigned a task and didn't follow up.We contacted the customer to rectify the situation as you can see that we have great ratings with our prior clients.That employee is no longer with our company.In regards to the issue of quoting and raising the price is simply not true our quotes are hand written and the client gets the oringinal hard copy I pray that potential don't allow this rating to effect their decision too do business with our company because we do offer a guarantee in witting upon issuihg our quote!We thank you and look forward to doing business

They responded in a timely manner. And in fact accelerated their schedule to accomidate my clients request for early comletion. They have completed two interior paint projects for me and I have given them another purchase order to do another project. I anicipate using them for future projects as well.
