Project: Install, Replace or Repair a Main Water Pipe
The job took 3 times as long as it should have. He punched 3 holes into my floor trying to find the leak. Halfway thru the job, he raised his original quote. And then he had the gaul to be rude to me and argue with me.

First off, I didn't get an estimate from the pro. He just started to work. After an hour of doing nothing I moved the shower head & it broke off. That was the prob. The pro. did go to the hardware store & purchased an easy out & a new stem. He charged me $425.00 for that. He was here about 2 hrs. Very dissatified customer!!!!!

Jim did a excellent job fixing my shower, stuck by the quote he promised me even though the parts cost more than he had planned them to. Was very friendly and offered prompt service.

easy to work with did more work than first thought had a lot of little jobs leaks and stopped up pipes he was very thurough took care of it all and did not add charges i would recomend

Repaired a broken gate valve on my water heater. Job completed on time and on budget. Very reasonable. Will recommend to neighbors. Jim provided good advice on maintaining water heater.
