They did a great job. He was on time, quick, and efficient. Only complaint was that the contractor who showed up kept trying to add, or talk me into adding additional services, but you can't really blame him for trying to make money. Would hire again.

While the people doing the work were courteous, A-1 is a disaster. They bid one price (5 hours and $485), tore up my house, then upped the job to (28 hours), more then doubled the bid ($1055) and demanded I immediately sign a contract. They also missed every deadline. While I OK'd the higher price they walked out on the job (because they can earn more elsewhere) and have not responded to my requests for remedy. I'm working with ServiceMagic to find someone to finish the job. Very disappointing, indeed.
