Great service and worked around my schedule. Came in the evening without an extra charge. Very reasonable pricing. Another company wanted twice the amount of money. Good service and professional. Don't hesitate to do business with this company. I will use them again!

We found a problem on Sunday afternoon and the plumber called us back right away and was out soon after. Didn't charge us for a service call when he had to come out a second time to do an additional repair. Great service, nice guy.

i wanted to rate A1 higher, but it would not be totally honest. the things i was critical of were: 1. had to change the appointment twice. 2. one part used was not right size for job, but acceptable. 3. had to ask him to finish the job, and even then he had to use my shovel to finish. i would use A1 again.
