Refund has been made prior to this comment client just did not recieve yet because takes 3-5 buisness days to refund a cc transaction

he came right out and look at the grill. caled me on monday and told me the parts was 225.00 and the total bill after my 79.00 came off was 537.00 the LABOR cost was way overboard then on my receipt he showed the parts higher than he said so the labor did look that bad. di not fix the problem all the way now clams there is also another problem with the grill. did a poor job finding out what the problems was. no one would return a call for 3 days then wife called to say he was in the hospital. some one could have called before then.

It was explained to the customer that there was a possibility that there were more existing issues outstanding with the unit and to be prepared for such an issue to occur. The labor for fixing commercial cooking equipment is alot more than residential because of the high amount of grease and the difficulty of taking such equipment apart our prices our based out of the national appliance price guide made by the national retail dealers association if the client did not want to pay the suggested repair cost that client has the right to just say no thank you the cost is to high or I would like to get some other quotes.This client chose to invest.

He was very prompt, clean and found the problem right away!
