This company is very misleading. John who I spoke with quoted me one price, but when he came to my home the work he performed was different than what he said he was going to for the price he quoted us. He did LESS work than what he said was needed but still charged the SAME price. I would NOT recommend this company to anybody. John is VERY dishonest and I think his company should be take off Service Magic's website.

John was on time and gave some advice on using the dryer and screen cleaning. Besides cleaning the vent he made some adjustments to the roof vent cover. I will recommend him to my friends.

We used John on a dryer vent in late December 2009 for a unit we own in the city. He charged us $105 to clean a clogged vent. Earlier in March 2010, I called him to clean our dryer vent in the suburbs. I did not get an estimate over the phone (my mistake). he charged us $183. My wife called me and said it only took him 20 minutes and she put him on the phone. When I questioned him about it and told him that he only charged us $105 two months earlier, he said he would knock off $43. So we paid him $143.

John was both prompt, and curtious. A-1 is a " we care about you and the job we do." My project, yet small was handled with the utmost professionalism and in a timley manner. John is a good man to talk to and he will listen to all your questions and concerns and answer them with the same conviction he uses on his work. I would definitely use them again and also recomend them to others.
