The company was able to come the same day to install our brand new mahogany 3/4 lite door. Previously reviewing their ratings before we hired the company, we were expecting A-1 Door & Hardware of Texas to know what they were doing, however this company cut our brand new door not straight, the hinges were not put on straight due to the door was not cut right, drilling holes of the hardware were not even, and made the wood crack. We are very disappointed because the door can not be fixed after it was cut uneven. We feel this was a horrible job! Will not recommend this company to anyone and I wish everyone luck out there!

You can't go wrong with A-1! Knowledgeable , skillful, flexible and thorough. They did more than install my pocket door, they solved my problems and helped me complete my DIY project. In the end, it cost more than anticipated, but it was worth it. I suggest providing them with specific details of the scope of work so they can give you an accurate estimate. My case was unique, they rose to the challenge and I'm glad I hired them. I highly recommend using A-1!
