Excellent service....really went over and above what I expected to get my a/c fixed....its been a long time snce i've seen a company care about there customer like they did!.....great value for your money !....I would refer anyone I know to them!

Though A1C kept appt time, worked in a timely manner and did a good job, owner of company did not disclose that he would be charging $70 to drive to our home to give a "free quote." Because of this, we asked him to come first when other company disclosed that a charge of $39 for coming to assess the unit. After asking him about the travel charge, A1C said that he would reimburse $30 so that we didn't feel "badly" about them. We have not received the refund. Therefore, I would not recommend this company since they were not upfront regarding travel fee. We feel like we might have overpaid ($250 for some small things he did that took 15 min)

A1 AC was the first 'caller' so I went with them. The contact person was very accomodating, and with my agreement a technician was scheduled after 2:30 PM. Upon the technician arriving I found him friendly and eager to tackle the task of getting my furnace "up-and-running." After a couple of hours the technician believed my problem was the 'circuit board' and he would stop by his local supplier for a new board the following morning. The next day I was asked to check the board part # and model # because there was some confusion on the actual manufacture of my furnance. It was later resolved, a board was ordered, and installed 4-days later.

First, I was stood up on an appointment. After the appointement time, the tech called me and wanted to know if it was ok it we rescheduled! I told him I had taken the day off work just to meet him. He ended up being about 5 hours late. The good news was that he was able to diagnose the problem quckly and accurately, and had a relatively inexpensive sollution (thermostat replacement). Previously, a different firm (and authorized Carrier dealer in my area had told me that I needed a $1,500 circut board replacement). Unhappy with them being 5 hours late. Very satisfied with the quality service.
