Three staff arrived as promised. Two of three did good to very good jobs. One was a lick and a promise cleaner. Price turned out to be almost double that of local individuals.

We pride ourself in 100% Satisfaction. We were never informed by Mr. and Mrs W that they were unhappy until we read this review. Upon reading this we contacted them and set up a revisit and at the end of our revisit Mr. and Mrs. W were satified with our work. Our prices compare to our professional competitors that carry license, liability and workmans compensation. Bids will always be cheaper by individuals without the cost of insurance. Which is always discussed with our customers. We appreciate the opportunity to work with our customers to ensure they are 100% Satisfied

The office didn't have the scheduled day and time to initiate the project as discussed with salesperson. They came a bit late and once there did a great job. Still waiting to finish the project - this week I hope based on my phone conversation.
