They were the only professionals of the three companies who could work on my unit, so I had no options. They gave me a four hour window and called in the last five minutes to say they would not be able to make it. I rescheduled for the first two hour window a few days later, and they called the night before and asked to change times. Once the technician came, he acted like he didn't want the job and was very negative about part availability and cost. He took two trips to finish the work b/c he did not order all the needed parts. When he finished the job the burners did not seem fully functional, and he did not notice and didn't care.
