	Rating: Project: Locksmith On the initial call with receptionist, I specifically asked if they work on locks, and could also replace a door if needed.  She assured me they could.   Morning of the work, we were… Read Complete Rating On the initial call with receptionist, I specifically asked if they work on locks, and could also replace a door if needed.  She assured me they could.   Morning of the work, we were given the time frame of 10-12 noon.  At 5 of 12 he calls saying he'll be there "in 30 minutes".  Approx an hour later, he arrives, no apology.  Oh, and when he arrived, he knocked on our back door, and just walked right into our house!, before I could even reach the door.   Well, they couldn't work on the door, because they "only do locks.  We're locksmiths".   The work he did was fine, but a final irritant was that they only take cash or credit cards, no checks.
