A1 Affordable Locksmiths' customer service is top notch. The locksmith, however, arrived :40 minutes late. He was pleasant and finished the job within a reasonable time. So overall, I am satisfied with the work performed.

Responded quickly to my request. Work was completed accurately. However, the technician did not dispose of the old materials and the cost was steep for the work that was done.

The quality of work was good; however I believe too over price. Technician was very professional at first, but when i called him back to correct the problem, he was quite rude and unprofessioanl. I called the office and asked for manager; the young lady told me to give her the information in which I did. She said she would then investigate; as of today two weeks later I have not heard from the company. Customer service needs improving.

The locksmith exhibited poor customer service. He didn't show an ID badge, nor did he wear a uniform representing his company. I had questions concerning my needs and level of security I wanted in my home. To my surprise, the locksmith appeared agitated and in a hurry. I even had to call him back to screw in two nails that he omitted from one of the locks. I wasn't pleased. When I'm spending my money, I don't want to deal with an attitude.

Highly recommend. The locksmith came and took apart a 100 year old mortise lock original to the house so I would not have to replace an original lock. Extraordinary service! I cannot possibly thank him enough; few people have the skill to do this any longer and even fewer are willing to do it. I'll always call A1 first!

Speedy response and very good service. The locksmith was pleasant and professional. He explained what was needed to get the job done and what he was going to do before he started any work. Price appeared reasonable to me, based on the breakdown of the job.
