Was on time. Ran into some problems on installation, so the job took quite a while longer than expected. Stayed with the same original price quote. Price was better than others I found. In addition to our new remote control, fixed our old one to work with the new opener. Explained his work, as he was doing it. Very happy with the installer.

I have only had my garage door opener for a week, but so far so good. I did have a small problem with the sensors the first day, but I made a call to John at A-l and we were able to fix the situation, and the door opener had worked great since then.

The owner of this business always picks up the phone when you call. However, the price that we agreed on over the phone was changed on me when work was completed. Overall, they do have good customer service and complete work professionally.

Initiated request at 830pm - had a call in 1 minute and the repair was complete within 1 hour - even though it wasn't an emergency. It was great to get the job done, I didn't have to miss work to have it completed. Nice people, prompt, and good quality work. How can you go wrong. Thanks
