Mark has been great. He's kept me informed and worked with us to keep costs as readonable as possible. He's gone back daily to check on things, too. I'd highly recommend him based on service do far.

We had 3 companies give estimates and explain how they would remove and treat the mold in the attic. We chose 911 Restoration because their representative seemed to have the best plan and the best guarantee on their work.

I called for an appt and they were able to get me in same day! Affordable pricing, meticulous work, and to top it all off Mark was really friendly and eager to help me understand what was going on as well. I have already told several of my friends about 911 Restoration and will continue to do so.

911 Restoration submitted a competitive bid for work in a timely manner, had good communication with us and provided excellent service. I would surely recommend them to anyone with mold issues and if the need arises again, I will definitely use them.

They were on time, were able to do it on the time line they stated, and were very good as explaining the process and what was needed.

The estimator was congenial enough but for what they did, it was way expensive. I was in a hurry and only got 1 estimate. I am sorry I didn't get more. The serviceman was here for less than 2 hours, the mold was pretty confined, he did a good job in treating it, and I would have gladly paid $350, but $700?? I still cleaned the rug and contents. He cut away the carpet in the closet to treat the floor. Be sure you get a checklist of things they're going to do before agreeing. I understood a maximum of $800 worse cast senario. It definitely wasn't worse case.

Due to the high cost of insurance for this kind of work along with other overhead costs when ever there is work done in an area the company is automatically into it expense wise upwards of $400 dollars. With so many lawsuits and confusion in the area of mold it creates really high overhead. I do understand though that it is not fun to pay that kind of money for such things and don't like charging it either. Thank you for your feedback. I really appreciate it.

Prompt, professional, expensive. Could have done the job myself for a fraction of the cost but didn't have the time to spend drying the wet area and needed a professional to certify the mold had been erradicated.
