They first came and gave us the estimate and then we set up the appointment for the treatment. The technician specialists were very professional and did a good job and the follow-up to also patch the wall area that was removed was good and well done. I will highly recommend this service to others - the only reason I am giving a 4 star instead of a 5 is because I was not completely satisfied with the way the office staff handled the phone calls and communications.
