Detailed; Professional; Trustworthy; Respectful I received a 25+ page report based on each area of the home - complete with color photos outlining what was good and what needed improvement. The report was sent via email which was great because I was able to forward it to a family member that same day. This person gave sensible advice, was very safety conscious, answered all of my questions before, during and even after the home inspection. Working in customer service myself, I would recommend this company to everyone. Thank you, Mr. Ofsanik!

What a wonderful experience. Mike who came to do our inspection was extremely thorough. He took pictures and analyzed every element of the condo. He explained details along the way and sent me a seventeen-page write up of the inspection results. Overall very professional and thorough. Highly recommended

Mike arrived before me and checked out the outside. When we got there we started with garage and lower level and moved up to main level then attic. Room by romm he checked he told us what needed to be done and the urgency. He took pictures and explained things that we could understand. He got close up with camera and gave us dates on the furnace and water heater etc. He took pictures of the hole in the roof and told us the whole roof needs to be replaced. We are going to the seller on this to replace. I got my flag, 90 house warranty and security discount. I recommend him highly and my reality agent was impressed.
