I submitted a request on Sunday morning. Allen called right back and left a voice mail stating that he did not feel he had to come out and charge me a service call, that it was something I could probably fix myself and that he'd be happy to walk me through it. He explained enough on the voice mail he left, that I went out to the garage, fiddled with the sensors a bit, and voila! The garage door that hadn't been closing for months without holding the button down, now closed perfectly!!! Who does that nowdays?? He could have EASILY come out and charged me, but he didn't. Very, very rare and refreshing. He's a VERY honest man!!!

They came out when others were supposed to who did not show up. They had to come back the next day but made sure my door was closed before they left. It didn't take a long time for the work to be done. The person explained what neede to be done & how much would be charged was what they said it would. I would tell my friends about the service & the prices.

They were here within an hour and quickly fixed my broken spring issue. They completely inspected the rest of the door's operation and cleaned up after themselves. Thank you, 911 Garage Door Service.
